So a friend from PA recommended me these last year when i first wanted to try to lose weight, he claims he lost over 140 pounds (use to be fat, now he looks like a super soldier haha). so i tried it with super clean eating (little to no carbs, no sugars (unless natural)) as well as working out almost every day, i lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks, then of course i found a girlfriend and got comfortable and of course i stopped clean eating and working out and taking these. On it again now, i just finished 3 weeks in with only clean eating and no working out and ive already lost 15 pounds. about to start working out again and doing a red light treatment that burns fat cells, im ready to lose this dad-bod haha.

去年、初めて体重を減らそうとしたときに、ペンシルベニア州の友人がこれを勧めてくれました。彼は140ポンド（65キロ）以上痩せたと言っています（以前は太っていましたが、今ではスーパーソルジャーのように見えます笑）。それで、超クリーンな食事（炭水化物をほとんどまたはまったく摂らない、砂糖も摂らない（天然のもの以外））とほぼ毎日の運動で試してみたところ、2週間で20ポンド（9キロ）痩せました。その後、ガールフレンドができて安心したので、適切な食事も運動もこの製品の使用もやめました。今また飲んでいます。適切な食事だけで運動をせずに3週間が経ちましたが、すでに15ポンド（6.8キロ）痩せました。また運動を始めようとしていて、脂肪細胞を燃焼させる赤色光療法も受けています。このおじさん体型を落とす準備はできています笑。

Good value considering price per dose. I believe this is the best brand available. I get best results when I break the pill in half and take on an empty stomach. The pill alone will not be enough to lose weight--diet, exercise, and sleep do that. Yet, once you start moving at the gym, you won't want to stop. Also great for powering through house chores or maintaining focus on school work.
